Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused KeepCup in its original retail box and pack it securely in a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Post
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
